Y-717 overview

Inside the Y-717, a graphite-cone woofer (5 inches) works with a silk dome tweeter measuring 0.75 inch, so a single speaker covers both the body of the sound and the top end. A foam rubber surround keeps the woofer moving smoothly, and the recessed housing sits flush with only the grille showing.

Wiring is flexible: use the 100V line input on a distributed system, or the 8Ω input on a standard amplifier. Mounting clamps and a front grille are supplied, and the speaker fits ceilings in offices, shops, cafes, hotels and classrooms.
